We’re growing our Account Management team and on the lookout for a motivated, people-first Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts and be the driving force behind exceptional client experiences. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where you’ll be the conduit between our clients and delivery team, working across a broad mix of industries. One day you’re running client calls and setting internal deliverables; the next you’re heading out to a shoot. Fast-paced, proactive and never the same twice.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 2+ years’ experience in account management, client services, or a related field, with marketing agency background highly desirable
- A natural relationship-builder who can earn client trust quickly, understand business goals, and translate them into clear actions for the team
- Solid understanding of digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social, with the confidence to discuss performance, interpret results, and guide clients through what it all means
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search Console, and Canva is a plus, as is a strong working knowledge of project management or CRM platforms
- Strong communicator with the ability to run client meetings, write clear reports, and keep everyone aligned without things slipping through the cracks
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple accounts, coordinate across internal teams, and keep delivery on time and on brief in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive by nature. You don’t wait for problems to come to you, you get ahead of them
- A commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities within your client portfolio. Experience in upselling or account growth is a definite bonus
- Comfortable being out and about. Client shoots, in-person meetings, and the occasional off-site come with the territory
