JNR Graphic Designer

You’ll work alongside our Design and broader creative team to bring brands to life across digital, social, web, and everything in between. One day you’ll be crafting scroll-stopping graphics in Figma, the next you’ll be designing a landing page that converts or building out a full brand suite for a new client. You’re equal parts creative thinker and doer, and you’re here to learn fast.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes design, knows their way around Figma, and has the instincts to translate a brief into something that looks great and performs. You’ll get exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries, real mentorship from experienced creatives, and the kind of fast-paced environment where you’ll grow more in a year than most do in three.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • A strong eye for design and a portfolio that shows it (uni projects, freelance, side hustles, all welcome)
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Figma, with Canva a bonus
  • An understanding of how design decisions impact user experience and conversion
  • An understanding of design principles across digital and print, and how to adapt creative for different platforms and formats
  • The ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver work that hits the mark
  • A marketing background or solid understanding of how design supports marketing outcomes is a strong advantage. Knowing not just how to make things look good, but why they work, is a big deal to us
  • Exposure to animation, motion design, or UX/UI is highly desirable and will absolutely set you apart
  • A growth mindset, you’re hungry to learn, take feedback well, and aren’t afraid to try things
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of clients across different industries
  • Organised and tech-savvy (bonus points if you’ve used Asana or similar)
  • Marketing experience or qualifications are a nice-to-have, not a must
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball

Sound like you? Send through your resume and a portfolio showcasing your design work across digital, social, and any brand projects you’ve contributed to. We care more about how you think and create than where you went to school.
