We’re looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn Paid Media Specialist to support and execute paid media strategies across a diverse and growing client base. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role where you’ll plan, launch, and optimise campaigns while learning from experienced strategists in a fast-growing agency. You’ll work across a broad mix of industries and digital challenges, contributing to campaigns that drive real business results across Google Ads, Meta, and other key platforms – trust us, no two days are the same.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 1–3 years’ experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field (agency experience is a plus but not essential)
- Exposure to Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, with ability to help plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across key channels
- Analytical mindset with comfort (or willingness to learn) managing budgets, tracking performance, and using data to inform decisions
- Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and platform-specific dashboards
- Strong communication skills—able to explain ideas clearly, ask great questions, and build clear, accurate reports for teams and clients
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with ability to support A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Collaborative approach to work alongside Creative, Account Managers, and Clients on cohesive, full-funnel digital strategies
- Quick learner with genuine interest in digital marketing and drive to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment
